I bought the Freedom pack and the portable stopped working I called them and they sent me out another one next day. I did receive an invoice for 1000.00 but when I called to see if I owed that, they said that it was just Incase they didn’t receive the one back. But they said that I didn’t owe anything. I love that it is so light. I also sleep with the house unit every night it puts me to sleep because it sounds like a heart beat. I would recommend Inogen to everyone.

My unit is fabulous! I never leave home without it. It is so easy to use and very dependable.

I love it. I can go out with friends, go to dinner, plug into the car to save the battery, I can live normally, and it does not weigh so much as to make you tired carrying it around. I bought three four hour batteries and the recharger so I can get on an airplane and then go on a cruise. I live my life as normal as before and it is great to sleep with. Went and slept in a hotel and everything went perfect.

Inogen is so valuable towards a better quality of life for those requiring oxygen. Insurance companies label these devices as “luxury” items, and refuse to defray costs of leasing or purchasing them. They don’t realize the ordeal of dragging oxygen tanks everywhere one goes or the worries about running out of oxygen after an hour or two. Inogen concentrators bring a more enjoyable life by ridding the ordeal or worries of oxygen tanks.

I have never been sorry that I bought the Inogen. Money well spent. It has giving me the freedom to so many things. I live in a retirement home and without this machine I would not be able to attend many of the activities. In fact, I have recommended this to several people once of which has brought the product.
