Excellent product and company. Wouldn't be without it. Much more convenient and lighter weight than carrying oxygen bottles. Prompt service when ordering accessories Received a replacement filter which was lost. within three days. Courteous, efficient person on the phone.

Received in timely manner. Operation is self explained and easy.

Love my portable oxygenator! I get a lot of inquiries about it when I am out and about for the day! It gives me the ability to be mobile and active!I always give Inogen a positive review and endorse their product! So glad I was able to purchase my portable Inogen and don't want to ever be without it!

They are very responsive when I need to order supplies. The portable G3 is easy to carry and on a setting of 2 gives me about 4 hours out and about, more if I plug it in when driving. Only issue I have had is in getting a refund for an overpayment that happened about a year ago. I’ve written them 2-3 times and called at least that many. Frustrating.

I love mine. The only problem is trying to get my insurance to help pay for it.
