I feel very confident and safer knowing that it goes to a higher ltr and the battery lasts longer. The only thing I don't like is when you turn it on and off it beeps. I have the volume off but that won't stop it from beeping and when you turn the ltrs up and down it beeps. I have the bell off but it still beeps. It scares my shi zu. It sounds like a smoke detector to dogs. I don't like that at all.

So far so good! Unit has helped us regain my breathing pattern in minutes after loss of breath. Will recommend same to a friend who is suffering from similar difficulty.

Could hardly wait to get it; now I hardly ever use it! Seems expensive insurance. But it works. It’s heavy—that may be why I avoid using it.

I purchased the Inogen One G5 after using two other POC's. I like the idea that the double battery lasts as long as it does. I was told that at 2 lpm it should last 13 hours and I find that it is more around 10 hours. The unit is a little noisy compared to other POC's. People do turn and look at me, since they can hear it in a quite room. When I am active, I use 3 lpm and of course the noise level goes up, along with a clicking noise. When I purchased the first unit, it was quiter; but, the first one had problems; I called Customer Service and they were able to replace it with the one I have now within a week. I wear it as a backpack on my back. The unit with the backpack weighs 9 lbs., with most of the weight being from the double battery. It is to heavy to carry on one shoulder. I have multiple batteries that I switch between each week, to allow the batteries to last longer, before having to replace them. Overall I am happy with the unit. I would say the capability of having a long battery gives the unit 4 stars; however, with the noise and clicking sound, I would rate it a 3 star.

I hate that I have to use this so that temper is my review, but given that I do it’s probably the best possible option. I added some foam rubber to the inside so it’s a little more comfortable against my back wearing the device in the fanny pack carrier. I wish it were less awkward to be using but I don’t think there are any other options.
