I have had this company for 6 yrs. They started out pretty good in the customer service area. But I have to say their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered!! If you are having a problem with your oxygen or need to order supplies, you will be waiting and waiting and waiting to speak to someone. My unit has been beeping for two days and I have been on hold with them for 30 mins and today 15. Still have not spoken to someone. I guess I will have to use my portable oxygen in my house.. Would not be such a bad company if you could speak to someone when you need them...

The seventh will be One Month since I sent in my machine for a buyback program. Online it said I would receive a check within 10 days of them getting the machine. It’s now day 17 and no check yet. Then I call and ask about it for 3 days get no one returned my calls as I was promised they would return my calI also recieved and e mail that stated they were giving me a email from the buy back department adjusting my price to $655 it was supposed to be $700. This machine had nothing wrong with it it was brand new less than 1 year old. Th letter is a templet and they fill in the amount they choose to pay you. So it looks to me like the company lies. I had it tested before I sent it out and everything was fine and they were a tiny company who just could not afford to give me the $700 for it now.. I am very upset I was in a bind from my mother dying and all the bills I had to pay and had to replace my car also and they are preventing me from doing what I need to do.. I would not recommend this company to anyone..

Don't know what to say about it and what ever I. Submit I have no proof that I get anything

As of now, the unit is frustrating and the representative who sold it to me, Randall, has not returned my calls. I got a message from him after we received it asking how my husband was liking it--that was over a month ago. I have called multiple times since and get no response--no help. I guess you got our money and do not care. In addition, I was told we had a lifetime warranty because we bought two batteries with the G5. I received nothing with the unit to verify that. Was it a lie?

Pitiful customer service.Display went out. The replacement unit shipped to wrong address after specific instructions ref. address to be shipped to. UNABLE to contact my representative after multiple calls, now, this morning, receive a $1,000 invoice for replacement of my unit under three year warranty. The display went out after owning the unit less than 2 months. Need an immediate call from someone in management!!

THIS PEOPLE THEY ONLY WAY THEY CAN GET THE WORD OUT IS BY SPMMING PEOPLES EMAIL ACCOUNT.... STOP SPAMMING PEOPLE!!!!!!

I have not yet received my refund for over 3 weeks

The system is great until the machine won’t charge, it’s the weekend and out of town, and the only assistance provided by the person answering the ‘help’ call number is to go to the emergency room if oxygen is needed because the service department isn’t available on the weekend. Very disappointing. Fortunately we were able to get home to standard oxygen tanks. Called on Monday only to be told there is a 2 day delay in shipping. Again, disappointing. Having two batteries gives a false sense of security. When the unit dies, no amount of batteries will help. Don’t leave home without a standard oxygen tank, or a doctor’s order that would allow you to get oxygen from a medical equipment supplier.
