100% satisfied with my Inogen 4! Customer service is first class, I ordered a new set of columns, not an urgent situation, but I was treated great and columns arrived within 2 days, with no shipping charge. Extremely satisfied customer, I refer people on a weekly basis.

ofcourse they brake down from time to time but you all have always send me new or replacement parts fast that is why I have 1 for in home and 1 for going out,and when I need hose's all I do is call and say what I need how long and how many no questions asked I get them fast too, I love your company. I'm a 24/7 user so I need timely replacements or repairs

I made contact with a sales rep who understood my needs and explained what I needed to order. He processed my order quickly and easily. It was followed up by Fed Ex and delivery came off without a hitch and I had my new batteries in 2 days. The only problem I had was the price. I felt they had really escalated in price and were becoming too expensive for many people who struggle to afford the machine itself. I wonder what profit the mfg. is claiming??

My wife has used Inogen One for 14 months without any difficulty.
