They spent a lot of time on the phone with me, from the initial product selection, through delivery and ensuring I understood how to operate and maintain the concentrator.

At times the reps tell me things that never happen. Such as delivery dates. But, this time Tim explained the problem very thoughtfully and taught me things about the batteries that I never knew. Thank you

Haven't used it enough to give a true evaluation. It will get a true test this weekend. So far it has performed as advertised.

I have had my Inogen since 2014 and I am pleased with this little portable unit.Recently I went to my dental appt. and it sits on the floor out of the way, as compared to the large tanks one sees. I wish I could afford the outside battery charger, they are wonderful. As a matter of fact I introducepe od this little machine to a lady who lived where I do and it made her life so much easier, no clumsy tanks, to travel with. She was also happy with hers. I have had one issue that was a bit difficult to solve and that was getting the right filters to fit my Inogen, and we managed that too. We have replaced some type of tubes when the machine stated it was time. Can't complain about that,you don't have to guess, it tells you. I highly recommend this product. Susan

Inogen has made my life much easier. I can leave my house and not worry that I'm going to run out of oxygen in a couple of hours. I can relax and enjoy my outing because of it.

I love being able to stay gone from home several hours without having to carry extra canisters of oxygen and changing them every hour. The light weight is great.

Inogen has always been there with support and advice when I've needed it. Representatives/technicians are knowledgeable and have always had the answer or solution to a problem or question I might have had. I use both the portable and home concentrators and am satisfied with each of these devices. Yes, I wish the portable unit was a little quieter and a little lighter but it sure beats carrying an oxygen bottle around. I also appreciated the ease with which airlines allowed the unit to be used in-flight. It did require a little bit of pre-flight paperwork but being able to use the unit during my flights was well worth the minor inconvenience of having to do the paperwork. I have recommended Inogen to many people and will continue to do so.
