Very good unit

I am on oxygen 24/7. Purchasing my Inogen One G3 six years ago was the best decision I ever made. It has been a lifesaver, especially when the electricity at home has gone out. My Inogen makes it so much easier and more convenient than taking along enough heavy tanks to last while I'm away from home. Inogen responded promptly to my requests for service, overnighting a replacement unit when necessary. I highly recommend Inogen. Their knowledge and service is exceptional.

The gentleman I spoke with about the Inogen unit I purchased was very business like and explained everything about using the unit. He let me know about ordering replacement parts. I am very satisfied with the Inogen unit I purchased.

I recently bought a portable, G4, concentrator. I also have a Home unit. Shortly after the portable unit arrived, the Home died. It was less than 3 years old. We swapped unit several times, but the unit was finally overhauled and now works like new, with out charge. I am very satisfied with both units.

Without this machine my life would be very confining! I own 2 of these machines (I have a large house and have one machine on each floor) I would estimate I use it 70 percent. Of my day and all night - and now I can order supplies on line which is very convenient!

The representative completely explained the equipment and financing of the machine. Whenever I called my question was answered. Good customer service, after the sale, is very important to consumers. Thank you!
