The best oxygen machine out there...

Inogen proved to be everything it is advertised to be. Whether connected to an electrical supply or on battery power, Inogen provided the necessary oxygen my husband needed to live. I sincerely feel that by providing the oxygen, my husband was able to live longer and his quality of life was better. We had purchased the extra batteries and charger, so Inogen gave us both a freedom oxygen tanks could not have provided. I still have the gently used machine in the closet since I do not need it.

Had problems with my unit & a new one with-in 24 hours.

The equipment functions as it should, no problems

This machine has given me freedom I otherwise would not have. Using the oxygen tanks was very cumbersome and I always worried about running out of oxygen. With Inogen One G3 my worries are over. Batteries are easy to charge and handle. This machine with the longer life battery only weighs about 6 lbs. I sometimes wear it as a cross body bag when out and about.

Inogen is a great product and a great company to go with.

My unit broke on a Saturday afternoon and I was able to talk to a rep and had a new unit on Wednesday morning. service is really 24/7! I wish the batteries had a longer life or that a desk charger was included in the package. Just returned from a cruise with my trusty little buddy!!

I love the secure feeling of having the oxygen I need without the bulk of a tank. Just one thing I would improve on is add a belt system of its own, not just the clip, as I have a hard time keeping my pants up as it is ( NO Butt) and the clip provided adds to that
