I have found my unit to be great to use. I don't have to worry about running out of oxygen. It is lightweight, however the new model is even lighter. How difficult would it be to offer a trade in for a newer model.

Inogen gave me my life back. I can once again plan family trips and not worry about needing oxygen tanks. It is something everyone on oxygen should own.

I'm having trouble trying to get my insurance to pay for it. They require a statement from my primary physician stating that I still need oxygen. Somehow this gets "lost in the shuffle" sometimes and then I get letters and emails from Inogen stating I owe an exorbitant amount of money. The insurance company says it can sometimes take 30 days to sort out, so more letters etc.

The unit is very dependable. The G-2 is just a little heavy, but it does come with a little cart.

Both units excellent. Run time on smaller unit us too short.

Love my Inogen. Have had it for about a year and don't go anywhere without it. Gives me a lot of movement that I didn't have before.
