The unit is great! Other than being a bit on the noisy side it works exactly as promised. My only other criticism is I wish the carrying strap was a bit softer and more comfortable. I’m one of those “old guys” that has crape skin that bruise’s and tears easily. Every time the strap slips off my shoulder - which is frequently - I get a new rip with blood running down my arm. Not pleasant but that’s just the way it is.

We love it now my wife is able to get out of the house more and easier the only thing the battery doesn’t last as long as I said it would. If we’re going to be gone for the day we need to make sure we take the second battery because the first one will run out sometimes before we even get home

The Inogen One G5 is exceptional and I give it a 5-Star rating. It is everything it advertises being and has given me the flexibilty to move around as if I had no need for O2. I just pick it up and go. No more fighting 50foot tubing, No more listening to the continuous thumping of my previous oxygen machine. No more checking the oxygen tanks wondering if there enough in the tank to last as long as I'll need it. The Company losses a star due to the customer service "sales" rep who acted as if I should be on her schedule for communication rather than being on a schedule that was convienent to me (we were in different time zones, she worked early and left early). Luckily there was not much I needed her assistance with as the product is so simple to operate and set up. Great Product!!! Sells itself

The lighter weight of the Inogen One G4 has been more manageable for me to carry than previous portables. The double battery on setting 2 doesn’t last anything close to 4 1/2 hours. The battery percent at shutdown is lower when I turn the unit on again. I don’t understand why the percentage goes down when the unit isn’t even on. The carrying case is designed poorly. It doesn’t allow charging if the case is on properly. I had to put it on backwards to make the charging port accessible. I find this annoying because the readout is upside down. The strap doesn’t stay on my shoulder and keeps slipping off. I carry it by the small handle. I really enjoy this unit overall. It has made my life better. Thank you, Sheila Rothman

We got the inogen, he used it only 6 times. It worked fine. Unfortunately, he passed away after his 6th chemo treatment.

Purchased the G5 for my wife and it works very well and does exactly what we expected. Would highly recommend it to anyone that is in need of oxygen therapy. There are two minor issues that Inogen should address: (1) the carry case has some padding on the bottom and won't sit flat on the floor, you need to lean it against something so it won't tip over. (2) The supply tubing has a tendency to kink where it attaches to the machine, this was solved by tying a loose (two inch diameter) knot in the tube at the attachment point, this should be part of the instructions. All in all it's a great product and the folks we dealt with to place the order and set up the machine were friendly and helpful.

The Inogen is much heavier than I expected, The salesman told me it would be light. It is also hard for me to keep on my shoulder since I only weigh 96 pounds.

Good Morning, I like the inogen very much. When I wanted to use it I saw that the battery was very low and I did have it pluged in. The other day I wanted to use it and still the battrey was very low. I don't know why the battery will not charge, so I'm hoping that you can help me in some way. Thank You Jean Steinberg
