I've had Inogen products for four years. Started with G1 3 and now have a G1 2 due to increased need. Anytime I've had a problem they have been very prompt with help. Units have been very dependable for me. The improvements made at their call center has been a big help when you need to contact them.

High response to calls. It was a problem a while back. has been corrected. Expensive equipment but reliable.

My wife has been on Inogen Concentrator since 2013 and the different concentrators have always worked well and if there ever was a problem, Inogen would trade it out no questions asked and new one comes either the next day or two. That is what I would say is superior service.

Love my Imogene. The concentrator is very quiet. Does not interrupt sleep. The portable unit is light enough for me to carry and I always have a charged battery. Would highly recommend it.

Very easy purchase, everything went smoothly. I was buying with cash so no insurance involved. Never had any problems so far with equipment and I've had it for a couple of years or more. I do find even from the beginning that batteries start to lose a percentage of there charge each day just lying around. I like to have my batteries at full charge and ready so while I get them to 100%, they could be 90% after a couple of days lying in wait to be used. I have 3 batteries and they all do the same thing. Also we they had a trade in option so people could upgrade if they wanted to newer models. Would love a pull around option to carry my machine rather than me carrying it--something similar to oxygen tank carriers. I'm a tiny person and even 4-5 lbs is a hassle for me. Good product though. Haven't had any issues yet so can't review customer service.

I have a small home unit and a portal unit from them. They are wonderful. The purchasing process was painless since their people are so easy to deal with and so professional. I haven't had to deal with them since I bought the products since they are so well made but I have heard from others that their customer support is nothing but outstanding.
