A Successful Trip. In October, shortly after I purchased my Inogen portable oxygen machine, my daughter and I took a two-week cruise together. Each day that our ship was in port, we went on one of the Shore Excursions that was offered by the cruise line. I always took with me a big, roomy purse, in which I carried money and other essentials, plus my Inogen oxygen machine. We walked a lot on these day trips and I grew tired and short of breath. At that point, my daughter would say, "Do you need your oxygen?" I'd say "Yes"; we'd hook me up to the machine, and turn it on. In less than 15 minutes, I was breathing normally and ready for the rest of the day's activities. One day, a fellow passenger asked my daughter, "How do you and your mother like that portable oxygen machine?" and my daughter answered, "It's a godsend!"

More freedom to do what I want when I want

excellent service. Yola was a great help. and I appreciate Ray's follow up call to ensure that everything was OK and that they had done all they could to ensure that everything was done corrrectly. When you rely on oxygen equipment such as we do, there is no good alternative. it is comforting that there are people that we have like you to help. thank you so much.

The Stationary and portable generators both work very well. I am thinking about purchasing a second stationary generator, as a back-up unit.

I like their products but no warranty offered on stand alone concentrator

I have two Inogen units and have had excellent results with both units.

Immediate replacement of equipment. That failed. Your carry case does not protect battery. Had to buy new as it cracked.

The product is great. The only inconvenience I wolld like to see changed is for charegung the extra battery I bought has a different hook up. Two set ups. ........not convenient Don Miller
