I like my ingeon 5 the only issue is i wish the batteries would be alot lighter. The unit is lightweight until you put the battery on an then it gets a little heavy

The extra length of oxygen hose is inconevient no place to hook it. Gets caught on things.

The only problem is that I find it heavier than I hoped - makes it difficult to get in and out of car and in and out of various medical offices. If I had it do to over I would go for the next lighter version. Is it even an option to exchange it?

I love the freedom of not having to tote around tanks when I go somewhere. My only issue would have to be the battery life although I have the chargers with me when I go somewhere. According to my salesperson Debbie, who was outstanding by the way, I have the larger battery. I know that I won't get full advertised life in battery due to my level 3 oxygen....but the most I've gotten is less than 5 hrs. Probably 41/2

This machine works beautifully, my problem is the bright light while running. I have solved this problem mostly with the use of a business card over the display. Overall a well designed and effective machine!

I personally love my Inogen 5, my family doesn't like it at all.it is noisy and beeps when it reminds me to breathe

Unit arrived late for my use during hunting season on at I have used it in the truck while driving around scouting. Was a little awkward turn off and on.

The G4 unit is very light and easy to carry. This is important, since my main use of it is during hikes. It's also very quiet, which is important because I use it during sleep when at high altitude, such as the Grand Canyon. The unit is a bit pricey - I paid full cost, since I only need it at higher altitudes, and at home I don't need it enough to qualify for insurance coverage. It appears to be very well engineered, and suits my needs very well.
