The unit works fin. The only thing is, if the Inogen is drop and you have purchased the warranty it doesn't cover. Also if you brake the nipple where the hose lead connects it's not cover either. Why don't you replace the nipple with a stainless steel connector it's a lot stronger than you aluminum one you have on it. You can charge $5 or $10 more to us and we will pay it. So my question is why would not cover all of the unit not just some parts. You know most of the your sells are of the older people. Thanks in advance Phyllis

Good product but too many issues keep happening like for one the smell it emits is puzzling.

I’m a service-connected disabled veteran, enrolled in the VA medical centers in Long Beach and Loma Linda California; however, I am being denied adequate and appropriate health care through the VA for my individual health care needs, such as this “suspicious mass” in my right lung, other health issues, because of this declaration of this Covid-19 pandemic..right now, I’m not even allowed on VA property, so for the sake of my personal survival, I have outsourced..

I do like my Inogen, but there are a few things that could use improving. The first thing is that where the tube connects to it is constantly kinked, its needs some type of a spring or something to keep it from kicking in that exact spot. Also it is kinda heavy and the battery doesn't last long enough, constantly having to switch batteries is kinda a pain. It is very mobile, I love that part but a few adjustments would be great! Would have liked some follow up after purchase. After sale your rep stop calling me back after I left massages for her. She also promised things I never received. Also my unit gets so hot it's very uncomfortable on my body where it makes contact

I have owned the G5 since Feb, 2020 and it works as advertised. Satisfied with battery life although I wish it were lighter. I use the smaller battery most often. I find using a 4ft cannula much easier to manage. Quieter would be nicer but know product design is always a trade off. Weight, battery life, noise and cost issues can only be improved at the expense each other without better technology. I never use the remote app since it doesn’t control the settings. If it did, I’d likely use the backpack more often. It has been reliable, really hope it stays that way.

it is heavy loud and had it replaced twice already i use a concentrator in the home which is steady flow the portable is not i spent a lot of money for the machine which does not seem to work for me but without i have to take tanks which are no fun and i know that this review won't get posted thank you steve

I like the fact that this machine gave me back my portability. The down side I have found is the weight. With the double battery it is much heavier than I expected and to use the single battery would bring me right back to having to charge every few hours instead of spending the day out and about. That said it works well and has made a difference in how I spend my day. I can go back to saying yes to invites etc. (that is of course once this pandemic is over) The deal I got from the company was great and the customer service is very helpful.
