I would recommend the company to anyone However, I would like to be able to purchase tubing less than the 4' that came with my Inogen1.

I could not be happier with my inogen. I've had it for four years or so now. It beats dragging O2 tanks around. My only complaint is the weight. It is less than a tank, but spinal arthritis makes carrying it sometimes uncomfortable.

Makes life easier for me, working in my yard. Also not having to worry about my tanks running out. No longer having problems with my shoulder.

Inogen 3 G4 is a great unit and works very well. I bought it as a portable unit to take when I go out but found it too heavy for me to carry. I am only 4' 11" and didn't suit me for that function but I use it during the day next to my chair.

Medicare has covered my use of the Inogen one G3 portable unit as well as the in home Concentrators. Over the past 3 + years, I have had to have each unit replaced once. Inogen took immediate action to replace them in a timely manner and has provided hoses and cannula whenever needed and ordered.

I have used the Inogen for three years now. It has never failed me except when I dropped it and broke some of the plastic inside. I was immediately sent another one and Whenever I need hoses or cannulas, they are sent really fast. My black holder for the Inogen is wearing out and I wonder if it can be replaced. I would and have offered information about my Inogen and would appreciate some cards or something to give out to these people. Carole Wise
