I have been using my Inogen for 4 years. It has enabled me to stay active with my COPD. The company has been helpful in every way on any issues that have arisen and very prompt is solving any problems. The unit is easy to use, carry around. The batteries have held their life without degrading and when in use is not overly noisy.

This is a quality product that delivers non stop service. It is very portable and it goes with me everywhere. I recommend it to anyone who has a need for this type of equipment. My only criticism is that it is a bit heavy to carry around when the extended battery is connected but manageable . The gain is certainly worth the effort .

I have both the small (2.5 hr) and mid-size (6 hr) Inogen this last year and I only have raves for these accumulators. I frequently find only one serious fault. When taking these in the car if I take a different one from the last car trip I HAVE TO CHANGE THE POWER CORD I normally leave in the connected in the car and just plug-in into the accumulator. They both use the same power supply. WHY DO THEY HAVE DIFFERENT SIZE CONNECTORS?????? Could you provide a simple adapter connection for both??? I'd happily pay for a custom one.
