Absolutely love it gives me the freedom that I missed

It does just what it says it will do. I have the four hour battery which makes it pretty heavy.

The phone was answered by a caring, knowledgeable person. My problem was handled promptly.

The Inogen was great. Purchased it for my husband for air travel. It was FAA approved, never had any problems boarding a plane. It’s portability was very convenient. I say was because my husband passed away, he used it for less than a year. Wish there was a buy back program.

I have had my Inogen for about 3 years. At first it was a constant companion, but as my condition has become more stable , I don't use my unit full time, but It goes with me on long road trips, extended day trips to outdoor car shows, trips to elevations above 3000 ft, and it is very essential on commercial air flights. YES, it helped me take charge of my ILD. Also its beats towing "E" size green oxygen tanks around.

I really like the Inogen, very light and it keeps people from staring so much when ur using Oxygen to live, only issue I think I might have is being on 2 not enough oxygen so use on 3 it just uses batteries up faster that's all.
