Have not needed Inogen so far but am sure I will be satisfied

I love my little Inogen One. It allows me to travel like I have always done and that means so much to me. My doctor prescribed it for me at night and so far I don't have to use it during the day. If that time comes I am sure it will still work well for me. I have the utmost confidence in it. The people have been great to work with too.

Inogen has been a lifesaver..

Excellent customer service from the beginning. We got the correct item for my Mother to allow her more mobility away from the nursing home. We received follow up phone calls several times to ensure we continued to be happy with the product. I also appreciated the ability to speak with the same person on every communication. He knew our needs and showed empathy to get the proper items.

I have the G4 machine, and it is great! In fact, everyone wants to borrow it from me. My Inogen is completely user friendly, and so much easier than dragging oxygen tanks around, especially when traveling. I highly recommend the Inogen system to anyone needing a portable oxygen concentrator.

Really happy with the portable Inogen equipment. Very easy to use, the staff was very informative and helpful during the process, everything arrived as described and quickly.
