Love it but it’s too noisy. Rattles on setting under 3. And seems heavier than advertised. Having to use it on 3 because of the rattle runs the battery down faster. Susan Vesel

Good product! I bought the Inogen 5 for my mother. Unfortunately she passed away a month later. Inogen allowed me to return the unit and refunded the purchase price. I had some challenges with getting through ti customer service, but eventually they were very helpful!

I don’t like to have to use it but I was chemicals poison back in 1976 until 1980 in 2006 I was told by my doctors that I had been chemical poison they said it is agent orange

Very pleased with my purchase. It was easy to assemble, my Imogen contact, Tom, was very helpful and always available by phone or email. I especially like the pulse feature and how quiet the unit runs. Would rate five stars if I was able to carry the unit. I thought I would be able to manage -- It is too heavy for me to carry -- consequently, I need to place it in the lifted seat of a Rollator. I don't need a Rollator to walk -- but have to use it when I want to use oxygen. I am planning to purchase another portable unit with my tax refund. Hope to find something lighter. My concern is that if something requires repair -- I will not have backup (except being tethered to a large room condenser and will not have anything to take outdoors. It would be awful to have to wait the turn-around time it takes to send unit to your Company for repair. Do you have suggestions for lightness and for cost? Do you have a plan that offers discounts for multiple purchases? BOGO would be great! Realistically, I have to really stretch my budget to purchase an additional unit.
