Not happy with the tight case, hard to change batteries. Batteries do not last long, very poor.

I love the portability of the unit. The unit is incredibly noisy. I find it hard to sleep when my husband is using it and even he says it wakes him in the middle of the night sometimes. Please also note the alarm feature is very sensitive.

Love the unit but you don't disclose multiple negatives. There is no "risk free trial" since customer must pay in full & watch calendar for 30 days. Your advertising SOUNDS like it is 30 day FREE trial. You word ads that unit will operate on one battery for "up to" 2.7 hrs. Advert sounds like you definitely get 2.7 - not true, gets around 2.25, big diff. Unit will eat battery up to 30% if left on unit when idle. You don't disclose at all.

I assume the oxygen is coming through as advertised. However the batteries are a different story. The large battery which is supposed to last about 4 and a quarter hours, 255 minutes, actually lasted 2 hours and 39 minutes, 159 minutes, about an hour and a half less than advertised. The small battery which should have lasted about 135 minutes, actually lasted 77 minutes, about an hour less than it should. Also there is no way to charge one battery while using the other

You would think paying over $3000. They'd put a battery charger into the package! For another $285 for a charger! Just ridiculous too keep charging for add ons that your going to need! Back pack $100! Bad enough dealing with bad health and insurance won't help!

The popping sound is annoying It causes problems in Drs office , in church, on airline flights, and any place that needs to be quiet It sounds like popcorn popping and its annoying for anyone close to me. I exchanged it , but the replacement is as loud as the original one.

The unit is great at facilitating movement for those dependent on oxygen but they have to work on the weight of the machine. If someone has arthritis, holding the unit for longer than 1/2 gets to be too much.

I don’t like it , it is heavier That I can carry, the batteries i is much better than outhit and don’t last as long as e other. The puff noise it makes you uneasy knowing you got to where it . If it didn’t cost so much I would seen it back, because I am not a person who likes noises.
