Replacement unit doesn't seem "new" as promised
I bought an Inogen portable oxygen concentrator at a really high price. I was told they would replace it during the first year with a "new" unit if anything happened to it. The unit stopped working, and the company replaced the concentrator the next day. That response was great. But I am almost certain that the replacement is not a "new" unit, but probably a refurbished unit. The replacement unit has a "knocking" sound in the motor that I know is not normal compared to the first unit I bought. I'm not happy given how much I paid for the concentrator.
