Love my machine, but takes a long time to receive, up to three weeks. So if you need it fast, order way before you absolutely must have it.

I have had problems but have had such favorable experiences with receiving replacement units. My biggest concern is the strap. the connecting link broke & the unit fell to the floor and a new unit was sent. I ordered a new strap and within 2 weeks one of the connecting links broke..again...I went to the hardware store and bought metal linkages. Those are still in good shape but the "pole" on the inogen unit that the link on the strap goes around has broken so now I can't attach the strap directly to the unit. As far as the product itself, I am thrilled being able to come & go at my leisure. I always have a 2nd battery with me but having the charger for the car is a fantastic feature.

Quick response to trouble issues whenever I have called. I've had fast delivery of needed parts and good, helpful advise, I have highly recommend the product.

I fortunately only require oxygen at night. It is lightweight, portable and quiet. I love the fact that should it not be properly in my nose it reminds me and should I remove it from my nose and forgot turn it off it reminds me. Beats the big bully units hands down.

I love my inogen. I recently had something go wrong with my machine. I was afarid I'd have to send it back, than wait for a week or two to get it back.. It's the Christmas season and I thought how would I get my Xmas shopping done. Within 48 hours they sent someone to pick up my machine and he gave me a new one.. I was amazed,I didn't have to do anything. I just gave him my inogen and it gave me a new one.. So simple. so easy!

WHEN I USED A PORTABLE GENERATOR, IT IS THE BEST.

I enjoy the convenience and ease of using a portable unit. The bigger unit, used in my bedroom is fairly quiet and does not disturb my sleep. When I need service, whether it be equipment or supplies the service people have always been pleasant and helpful. I have had to have the big unit replaced, it went out over a holiday weekend and within 3 days I had a new unit. The only glitch I have had is recent, got a service light on my portable, got the columns in a timely manner, but no way to return the old ones, which has not been the case previously.

They have been prompt to answer questions, fill orders and been helkpful. In the one instance when we had problems with out G3 we had a replacement the next day
