This device has helped my dad who suffers from COPD tremendously. It is light weight and portable making it easy for him to get around without dragging with him a big oxygen device. I felt compelled to write a review after the customer service team went above and beyond to ship out my dad a new unit while he was in the hospital in Hawaii and did not bring his device with him. I am beyond impressed with the compassion and dedication this company has for their patients. Amazing product, backed by a team who puts patient care first!

I am really pleased with my Inogen One and G4. I can take the portable in the car and plug it in for a long ride, or take it to my daughter's house, plug it into her current, and stay all day if I like. It is very easy to switch between my house unit and the portable.

Freedom - freedom is how I spell Inogen. Freedom to go anywhere at any time without hauling a tank around.

Purchased the Inogen home unit as well as the portable unit to make traveling with my lady less stressful. Both units have worked outstandingly well. We can now plan longer trips away from home with more confidence

Two days ago I talked with your Customer Service Representative Donna. She did a fantastic job taking care of my problem. I agreed to take your 30 second survey after our phone conversation and I misunderstood the directions relating to the rating value 1 to 5. Unfortunately I gave Donna a 1 rating when it should have a 5 rating across the board. Sorry.

After a 26 hour flight and two 3 hour layovers, I spent 6 weeks in Thailand on vacation, with my Imogen one G4 and 5 double batteries running 24/7. The only problem was reduced battery time due to the temperatures being above 90 most of the time. Gorman Turner statue.
