Inogen was preformed as stated for my wife for not having to put up with long tubes was a blessing. Unfortunately my wife passed away on April the first. I am keeping the Inogen for my future use.

We purchased parts for our inogen at home unit and a new inogen 3 for travel overseas. The inogen3 worked flawlessly and made travel a joy. No more wrestling to get the unit into a car. It literally fits in a large purse! It automatically switched to 220v without issues and made our trip a pleasure. Especially when we had to out it in the overhead bin. Customer service was great and our rep even followed up to see if everything met our expectations.

I just want to thank In oven. My mother and my sister both had to use oxygen. Both have passed but because of Inogen they were able to enjoy family trips and functions without feeling like they were a burden. They really do work as promised. Trip to Florida. Visit to theme park and beach. No lugging bottles or waiting on delivery! Thank you Inogen. Customer service can't be beat!

I own a G4 for walking and rent a G3 for back-up and when I travel. I have travelled often on international flights and have had no problems at all. The G4 carry bag problems have been resolved with a carry tote from O2 Totes. The G4 has been a life changer! It weighs under 3 pounds with a single battery and lasts for 2 hours on a 3 setting. I take along a double and extra single for longer days out. Customer service has improved greatly over the past year and has been reliable and helpful. I highly recommend Inogen.
