ok with reservations. Functions as expected Noise irritating,clicking noise is loud in card room and movie theather church goers would be noticed Fit of case bad,not made for rogue 6. Engineering or marketing dropped the ball. Hose connection crimps in many positions.

The process was quick and easy. There was some confusion on my insurance which I took care of but all in all it was much better than previous experiences with competitors. The equipment , so far, has operated perfectly.

The process of ordering and receiving my inogen was simple and quick. It only took 1-2 weeks from start to finish. The amount of freedom this has provided is amazing! Not having to plan for how many bottles of oxygen will be needed to go somewhere. Not having to lug them in and out of the car and making sure they don't over heat. I was able to go on an overnight with a group of friends. For the first time in 3 years I am free! My only complaint is that every time it bumps anything it shuts off. It doesn't take much of a bump but I can turn it right back on.
