I love my Inogen and feel secure having it with me just in case I need oxygen. It works great for me all night and sheds very little light.

I bought this product for my mom she is 74. She has COPD and she is on oxygen all the time. This is a great unit for her because its much lighter than the old portable tanks she had. She feels the machine is easy to use and she feels more free to go anytime she wants to go! I would highly recommend it to anyone that needs a portable oxygen machine. Brenda

I have had my Inogen for almost two months and have been very pleased with it to date. It's so much smaller and considerably less cumbersome than the one furnished by Medicare. I Have been approached several times about the unit and have always given a good report. One of my Inogen batteries is only lasting about 4 hours rather than the 4 1/2 - 5 as the warranty indicates, so I may be returning it for a replacement. Was also very pleased with my Sales Rep - Tina.

Great system, I don’t know how I could take my mom out without it.

I got the Inogen Oxygen for my sister Linda K. She only used it for 2 months and pass away. So now I have this Ingen Oxygen machine that is still new and can do nothing with it. She only used it 2 times in 2 months please tell me if you can help with this matter. Thank you

THE NEW INOGEN IS A TREASURE. SO MUCH LIGHTER THAN MY OLD G3. I SELDOM USED EITHER ONE OR FOUR SETTINGS FOR THE FLOW SO THIS IS PERFECT. CONGRATULATIONS ON THIS UPGRADED PRODUCT.

Regrettably I have a severe eye sight problem. The controls and digital displays were not designed with elderly eye sight problems. Better “touch” recognition would be a help for the controls and audible response for settings and especially for alerts would be most helpful.
