Rudy is not using his Inogen unit. I believe it will help, but he does not think it helps. I reached out to Sales Person by email and phone, for information on how to return, but have not heard back. Now, I think it is past the 30 day return period and we are stuck with a $3000 piece of equipment that just sits.

The unit seems to work so far. I wanted it so I could go camping and be away from my large concentrator. I also use a Cpap at night. I would not have bought the Inogen had I known that I could not use them together, I now have to carry my large heavy concentrator in my small travel trailer when I go out. My sales person was unable to get Ins to pay any of the cost of the Inogen unit so it was all out of pocket. So the Inogen has not been able to do what I needed it to do.

The unit was helpful in maintaining adequate oxygen levels while in high altitude Colorado, very disappointed the unit is too noisy to use while sleeping. The clicks and snaps are excessive! Would not buy if I had known. I do not recall any mention of the noise the unit makes prior to ordering the unit. Your terms for me sending my opinion is really very strange.

The inogen bag I got Is for Inogen one.? There is a problem it’s too small if I used the 4 hr battery it’s so tight that’s I cannot even insert the charger cable coz it’s covered. I don’t know why it was design like that. I have to used another bag to carried the inogen unit. Please have your engineering review. The cannula that’s goes with this unit is 6 ft long. Quite long if you carry this unit in your car. You should also provide 4ft. Long Thanks

I am able to catch my breath faster and get less tired using continuous flow oxygen bottles. The main reason I bought Inogen was that I wouldn’t have to worry about running out of oxygen and was portable. But the pulse oxygen I just don’t like. Carrying the Inogen over my shoulder, especially with the larger battery, also makes my shoulder and neck hurt and it is very cumbersome to work around for things like gardening. Not worth the $2,600 I paid in my opinion.
