Not real happy with the product,I was under the impression that the machine was more quiet then it is

I sent 2 e mails to your support system and never received a response.

When purchased via phone was told would arrive next day. Well four days later it finally found it's way to Cincinnati. Not Florence KY, and had to be run down and picked up. At the cost of $169.02 tried to get compensation of some type on the shipping charges to no avail. Even though I discovered on the Website I could have purchased the same unit Inogen G4 and had free shipping. Even brought that up to the phone rep and that didn't mean nothing.

The batteries do not last and they cost more than the Inogen. I have an Inogen and no btteries as I cannot afford the price of them, AND, they only live for a short time therefore the money they cost is not worth it !! No thanks,

Phone at customer service was answered after third ring which was surprising. Then transferred to Eligibility Dept. and was on hold for approx. 1 hour 7 minutes transferred back to customer service who transferred me to Billing Dept. who said they didn't know why I was transferred there and transferred back to customer service who finally answered my question. I noticed while I was on hold that you need a new tape. The one you are using is fading in and out during the talking part. Also don't feel you need to interrupt as often while on hold. I heard music for 1 min. then talk for 15 sec. music for 10 sec. and talk for 38 sec and that repeated for the whole hour. Every time you hear a voice while on hold you get your hopes up and think it is someone answering your call. Also, the last time I needed a replacement I was told I was not on the list for overnight service. It took 5 days to get my replacement. I am on oxygen 24-7 and cannot do that again. Next time I will need to call some one locally and get my oxygen from them if I can't get it overnight.

First, I send in my review. Then, I get a notice that, FOR SOME REASON, it didn't go thru (could it have something to do with my VERY GENEROUS two star rating?). So, then it asks for me to resubmit, but the copy and paste doesn't seem to work. Hmmm. Maybe, trustpilot should get a rating.

I bought an inogen about a year ago. No one told me that if I had to increase the settings the batteries would only last for half the time, Going from 2 hours to 1 hour. No one told me that if I had to go to 3 setting that the machine I had would not be able to work properly on the 3 setting. When I go somewhere I have to have all 3 batteries with me by the time one battery runs out the machine is hot to the touch, not just warm but HOT. If I change the battery to extend my outing by the time the 2nd battery is out this machine is to hot to hold. I tried talking to customer service and got one new battery. The same thing happened to that battery, over heating. Since I have had to go to setting 3 the machine has gotten loud and again hot. I so hopped that the Inogen would be the solution to my COPD but it hasn't. I tried costumer service and got no where. I even asked it i could do an upgrade and get a discount on the new inogen but NO. I did not get any satisfaction in any of the calls to costumer service. I am out all that money and can not use your produce for outings of more than an hour because of the heat and noise. I would not recommend your product,your customer service or sales people as no one told me about any of the things that I could and did encountered since I purchased your product. I think your people need more training It is not good customer service to not tell users the truth.
