I gave it 5 stars because of the portability of it. I also have a Devilbis concentrator that I use while I'm home. Sometimes I'll use the Inogen at home because it uses far less electricity.

I only require oxygen at night. I am very happy to have the Inogen. It is lightweight, portable and very quite. Best unit I have ever had.

This is the best investment I have ever made. It allows me so much more freedom around the home and in public. I can easily carry the unit over my shoulder with no problem.

It is easy to use and gives me a freedom that I didn't have before.

I have had my Inogen One for a couple months now and love it. I take it with me every where. I have two large batteries and also the adaptor to plug into a vehicle. When I am traveling for more than 15 min. in my van or pickup truck I use the cord and plug it in. I have also gone fishing and plug it in to an outlet in the boat. Was able to go fishing all day for 6 hours and not worry about the battery running down, I use it to take the dog out also. When my wife and I go shopping it is no problem, no heavy bulky tank to carry. I hop on the riding mower and mow the yard, pretty much can do what I want. When I first purchase the unit it would shut itself off just with a simple light bump. After paying close attention I noticed it only did it on one of the batteries. It was a good thing that the sales person told me to number the batteries. I called Inogen and they sent me a new battery at no cost and they even paid for me to return the bad battery. It has worked great since. Great service! If I did not have my Inogen One, my world would be much smaller. Very pleased with mine. John D Sunman Indiana

After I did a lot of research on different portable oxygen units for my Dad we decided on an Inogen. We felt this was the best option. It definitely is holding up to all the information I found on it. From the woman, Brooke, that first helped me with my questions and purchase; to the woman that came to help and explain everything to my Dad and I when we first received his new Inogen - everyone was wonderful. As for the unit - it is so easy to use and very lightweight. Thank you Inogen for helping my Dad live life to the fullest.
