A little pricey, but a very good machine.

I AM EMPLOYED AND THE TANKS AND HEAVIER CONCENTRATORS DID NOT ALLOW ME THE MOBILITY THAT I REQUIRED. WITH THE INOGEN 4, I HAVE MUCH MORE FREEDOM. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. I HAVE 3 BATTERIES AND EXTRA CHARGER WHICH IS A GOD SEND. THE UNIT IS A LITTLE LOUDER THAN I WOULD LIKE BUT THAT IS THE ONLY IMPROVEMENT I WOULD MAKE.

I like my Inogen very much. However, when I wake up, my mouth is always exceedingly dry, so I think I sleep with my mouth open. If I do, I may not be getting any or much benefit from the Inogen at night. I only use it at night so far, but I know I will have to use it during the day as I grow worse. If so, because I use a walker and cannot carry the Inogen over my shoulder, it is going to be a problem. Somehow, I will solve it.

I love the convenience of being able to go where I want with my Inogen Portable G4 unit. I also love that it is lightweight, but wish the battery lasted longer. I also love that I can continue to charge the battery while in my car.

JUST LOVE MY MACHINE. I CAN GO OUT AND NEVER WORRY ABOUT LACK OF OXYGEN. TRAVELS VERY WELL.

The weight of this unit is much heavier than my first Inogen g4. For an older person it changes how you travel with it. Because the new unit has higher capacity ,its batteries are twice as big and account for the additional weight. Being an older person, it is difficult for m to carry in hand or over shoulder. The battery life is good and the increased capacity to adjust settings for oxygen delivery is a plus as your needs change. Overall it is what I needed. But be aware that this unit with the battery installed is much heavier than my last Inogen One G4. I would hand carry that one all over. The new one is to heavy for me to do that. Overall it is a wonderful improvement,and would recommend this unit as long as the total weight of unit can be handled by owner.
