We love it! We keep the unit in our car and use it while shopping. It's the greatest machine ever. Works perfectly! The large battery is a great option. Have used other machines in the past but this one has been the most reliable.

I love the light weight of Inogen oxygen. I wish there was a way to open the carrier from the bottom, so that the whole machine doesn't have to be taken out in order to change a battery. I now need to set to 3 and oxygen in used faster. the machine seems to get quite warm after being used for a while. Is that normal? Are there batteries which last longer than the ones I have now? I find the strap slips off my shoulder very easily. Is there another way to use the strap, or a different kind of strap?

I tried living with a tank on wheels for about two weeks before I realized there must be a better way. I contacted Inogen and found the salesman to be knowledgeable and friendly. I had my machine in about three days. Set up was easy and the mobility it gave me was and continues to be terrific. I can't believe how I ever got along without it.

Best unit,my wife unfortunately passed away in Dec 2019,it gave her her freedom to go and do things.the only draw back is no buy back program I now have a unit that's only 9 or 10 months old,and iam still paying for it,we purchased an endogenous 5. The buy back programs that are out there are a disappointment the most was 675 dollars for unit I payed was 3200 dollars,so sad.......but I would purschase again....Thank you,You gave her freedom.

I couldn't be without my Imogen in my daily life. It goes with me wherever I go and people ask about it often.

Much like an early review. It keep you on track with alerts when you are not using it properly. Light weight. I have it for travel as I use a large one at home as I need oxygen at night. A real lifesaver.

I have the Inogen 5 and only need to use it occasionally. It is very easy to use and carry.
