It is indeed a lifesaver. I am on oxygen 24/7 with an at home concentrator, but I use my Inogen portable for mobility outside of the home. Although I will say that if you are using it at level 3 (as I am) or even 4 you will use up battery power faster than expected. Having a charger in the car makes all the difference! Thank you Inogen.

The unit is very easy to use. The batteries are easy to change and recharging them is not problem as long as one has the proper equipment. So far I have had no problems and the light weight is a big help when going shopping, to church or traveling on planes. Thank you for creating it.

I have COPD and I did get a portable oxygen from medicare but it's to heavy to carry around.When I got my Inogen it was a real life saver for me.It gives you so many options on how to use it,carry on back pack,on your hip, or clip it on your belt,carry it with shoulder strap or just carry it with the hand held strap. Plus there is always someone at Inogen you can contact if any problem arises. Ron Massey

I am very pleased with my Inogen unit. I took it with me to a training conference on the other side of my state and it was very easy to use not only during the day, but to use for sleeping at night as well. It weighs less than most purses women carry and that is a wonderful thing. I highly recommend this product!!!!!

i purchased both the At Home Concentrator and the portable G4 system recently. I have a genetic emphysema: Alpha-1 Anti-Trypsin Deficiency. I only need nighttime oxygen and the At Home was the replace the clunky, noisy, heavy, large unit that Medicare provided. The At Home Concentrator is small, light, and so much quieter. (And I don't have to deal with Apria anymore!) What a difference! The G4 is for my exercise classes and hiking uphill. It has made my life much easier. And I can use it on a plane and for traveling. Hooray! I so appreciated your terrific sales rep Ian Porter and the ongoing support I received from him. Give that man a raise!
