I love its small and that it’s light weight, my other POC, a different brand, lasted much longer with a double battery and went up to 4 but was bulky and very heavy to lug about. That being said, I have to always bring a back up battery with me and if I get delayed and am away longer than anticipated could end up out of oxygen. Unfortunately it only goes up to three and my disease seems to progressing faster all of a sudden. This is a perfect machine for just being away for an hour or so and on a low dose.

My home concentrator had to be replaced after less than one year of use. It took about a week to get a replacement. That is unacceptable. People who need oxygen can’t just hold their breath. Thanks, Ed Clark

The idea is great to have a light weight carry around, but i have to use it on 3 to get enough Oxygen to breathe. And i still cannot walk very far without stopping to rest.but Oxygen from a tank is the same way. It was not a good buy for me , I don't think I should have purchased it...

It’s not light at all which makes it a struggle to carry. I have a hard enough time as it is and carrying that heavy load makes it worse. I paid close to $3,000.00 for a unit that’s just too much. I’m suppose to carry it everywhere but I don’t because of its weight. I should have done my homework a little better. I’m quite disappointed honestly.

My portable oxygen is noisy. I called and was told they could do nothing. I was also told Medicare would not cover any cost to me on this item. I have heard from my friends on different occasions that Medicare did cover part of their portable oxygen containers. Not a good experience. Patricia Smith

What is not stated in your ads is that the inogen lasts 5 hours only if set at 1. What is also not stated in your ads is that some of the batteries lose power just sitting there doing nothing. I constantly have to charge one of my batteries - actually the battery I received as a replacement battery. If I should have to go somewhere in a hurry, I would have had to be charging one of the batteries on a daily basis. It is also a disappointment in that sometimes (in California) just driving somewhere is a 1-2 hour drive. By the time I get somewhere, I need to change batteries, so now I take one of the large portable batteries I get from Medicare, just for the drive. I am disappointed it isn't as convenient as I had hoped and at nearly $2,000 being paid monthly out of my minimum SSA payments, that hurts.

I spent about 3985.00 on a package deal. I never received the 2 extra batteries One large and one small.

I have the Inogen One G3 and rarely use it. first it is cumbersome and heavy...at night it is noisy. I use a portable lightweight tank that is covered by Medicare during the day and a larger tank (also covered by Medicare) at night. I truly wish I could swap out my current Inogen and get the smaller one because I would get much more use out of it.
