David McCadden was most helpful in getting me set up with the Inogen equipment for my particular needs. My doctor was not nearly as helpful. The prescription that she gave me was entirely inadequate for my needs when I am walking briskly especially up hill. I live in Albuquerque NM which is slightly over a mile high, so the air is thinner than at sea level. I quickly discovered that the doctor's prescription was only about half my oxygen requuirements when I was walking. David helped get me set up with a machine that met my needs. I have had it about 6 months now. On another note, I live in a life care community. One of our friends recently decided to get a protable oxygen concentrator. Originally, she was able to use small oxygen bottles when she exercised, but recently, she discovered that she needed oxygen most of the time. I suggested that she call David McCadden who was very helpful in getting her set up as well. At the time I discovered that I needed oxygen, a friend who lives in our community told me that she was very happy with her Inogen machine and the service that she had gotten when she needed help with her machine. She suggested that I call the Inogen person who was helping her. However, when I called, he was not available, so I worked with David McCadden instead. I am very thankful that she steered me to Inogen. Her experience was in sharp contrast with another friend in our community who was using a concentrator from another company. When she had trouble, it took almost a year to get her machine back. In the mean time she had to use oxygen bottles. My friend who steered me to Inogen recommended that I get the Lifetime Warranty with the machine. Her expereince with her Lifetime Warranty convinced me that it was a great deal, and that it was well worth the price. In our community, we have a Yoga teacher who recently commented at the start of our class that she thought we all should buy Inogen stock because it was going up and every one she knew in her classes who had an Inogen machine were very happy with it and that was one of the reasons why she thought Inogen stock was going up. Legal Note: You have my permission to use these comments in any way that Inogen feels is appropriate. This permission allows the company to edit my comments in any way the company feels would be helpful provided the main ideas expressed remain roughly unchanged. I really like Inogen, David McCadden and my machine. Sincerely, Don Marshall, Albuquerque, NM.

Great little machine Inogen has an awesome warranty. It is light weight but just heavy enough if you are working even with the belt hook its hard to keep in place while walking or shopping it's a great.. It's quiet ...it's alarms let you know if there is a problem. I did have trouble connecting it to the blue tooth but inogen kept on helping until I got the job done.

My mother's Inogen would not start when I changed the battery, no matter what I tried. The phone rep told me to plug it in to a charger without the battery. If it worked but the battery still not work, they would send out a new unit. Plugging in the unit to the car charger reset it and my mother had oxygen. GREAT JOB!

The Inogen worked great for my husband so that he could continue his farming. It worked great so that he could be in his tractor. But, unfortunetly,he passed away. That's all that I can say at this time.

I fortunately only require my Inogens only when I exercise/exert myself or when I'm at high altitudes. I've been extremely happy with them. I have both the G4 and G5. The G4 is sufficient for most of my needs - especially when I carry a spare (large) battery and its light weight makes it very comfortable. I wear it with the very handy back pack. I do get beyond its capacity with strenuous exercise; at which time, I need the G5's capacity. Something I hadn't anticipated was how necessary O2 would be at high altitude. The G4 was my savior when I visited Yellowstone, Banff, and Jasper National Parks last summer. My only wish is that the G4 had longer battery life, but I guess I'll accept that for its light weight.

I got back the freedom I lost. Having not to pull carts of oxygen tanks, I regained the freedom I had before my problem with breathing arose. I can grab my Inogen get in the car go shopping . out to restaurants, and vacations even by plane. Great Rich
