Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. One hand can’t say what the other can do. Started in may 2023 just for a portable, I already own one just wanting another for backup. After several cases of having my order closed I had to start all over again. Different sales people no one called. Finally raised a stink in December, oh! Now they tell me they have to also provide the main oxygen concentrator in my home. My life depends on my oxygen. There is NO WAY I can trust these people with that with the care they have given. At this point I will not even buy one outright. Be careful..

If I could do zero stars
If I could do zero stars, I would....Impossible to reach. They are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Patien care and satisfaction IS NOT their concern...MONEY is..... We have been trying to get this machine for over a month...Nothing but BS.

It isn't light weight! A lot of times it won't hold 6 hours I will keep it

I had a G5 for over a year …and I am frustrated
I had a G5 for over a year and it was GREAT. Recently, I have had several replacements for my G5 because of low oxygen. I have had about six replacements and they all had “low oxygen” warnings after about ten minutes. Something is strange, and I can’t figure it out. Someone was supposed to call me, but they never did. I depend on my G5 and need help.

still have no received the oxygen this…
still have no received the oxygen this since1/31/24 HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GOT OUT FOR SEVERAL WEEKS IPAID THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR THIS UNIT AND NOW I AM BEING TRATED LIKE GARBAGE. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE

I regret coming to Innogen
I am leaving innogen being new to Innogen because of the customer service on the phone and their lack of apology for issues or compassion, long hold times, and inability to get a working home device to use 24/7 that isn’t broken, very dirty, sticky that I have to clean or one that smells up the room like cigarette smoke and smells like smoke filled oxygen coming through the tubing. These are used machines that arrive for the home device from a warehouse and don’t appear cleaned and considering the third same machine they have sent now smells like cigarette smoke and I now have a migraine, I regret leaving the previous wonderful company of Summit Respiratory and will gladly go back to tanks over the portable with Innogen not because I don’t love the convenient portable device but because of the horrific experience I have had with Innogen. My experience has been terrible.
