This Inogen G5 that I bought is sure a lot better than the previous POC I purchased where I was always having some kind of problem and having to send it in to be repaired. So far the Inogen G5 has performed flawlessly. Had some trouble with the blue tooth hookup but finally decided not to use it as it was too much trouble. Your help desk stayed with me for two days trying to fix the problem but to no avail. We had to evacuate because of a tropical storm, we did not evacuate because of the storm but to the possibility of a power loss and when our electric company called to say that due to Covid 19, repairs would take a little while, so we left and the unit worked fine in the car, my wife was very comfortable with it and it performed well for the next 3 days. We are very happy with the G5.

Excellent oxygen concentrator. Super quiet & efficient

I love my Inogen! The only thing I would recommend is a screen that Illuminates after it’s running. I need to adjust my oxygen levels sometimes and it’s hard to see what level it’s on in the dark.

I really like the Inogen it is easy to set-up it's quite just love it. And the Inogen take along system is wonderful light weight quite and it's freedom for me to be able to do the things I like to do.

I have both the inogen 4 and 5. These i interchange according to what I'm doing. These have been a blessing to me, allowing me freedom.

My mother seems to enjoy her Inogen very much. It gives her much more freedom. Sometimes we have issues when the tubing kinks, but still so much easier then the tanks...Thank you Inogen!!! Worth every penny!!!

Great product and works right out of the box. It is very easy to use if you are not tech savvy.The staff is truly amazing, they will call up and follow up to make sure you are failure with your Inogen and will help you with the entire order process while working with your doctor office to make sure you have the best machine for your need.
