This machine costs way more than it’s worth. Inogen claims to deliver up to 5 lpm but this is false. When my condition warranted the higher liter flow, the machine over heated every time. So for 3k, I have a machine that does absolutely nothing for me. Highly recommend staying away from Inogen. It’s a bust!

Not as quiet as lead to believe. Will have to take the tank type oxygen to my grandson's wedding as the inogen machine would disrupt the entire ceremony. Due to the cost of the inogen a separate battery charger should have been included. Charging around $200 for the battery charger without being in the machine is definitely overcharging.

I bought the unit because it advertised 6 liter flow. I found that the unit runs to hot at this flow and the battery life is to short to make it usable for more than a couple hours. I would like to return it.

My Inogen One, G 3 quit operating without warning and would not start on 31 December 2019. Customer Service could not solve the problem - - so I had to return my current Inogen (leaving me without any source of oxygen - - >> my problem.!! Thank You, Inogen and your "over night service" which did NOT work). I had to rent a replacement unit until the replacement Inogen arrived. All of this happened in the USA. Suppose I had been on travel out of country when my Inogen failed? Then WHAT? I hate to think of what may lie ahead with my Inogen.............

I bought two units for my mother. The in home unit preforms just fine but the portable unit I wish I never purchased. The portable unit had poor battery life so I bought the long life batteries. The unit gets very hot during use and after unsuccessful calls to inogen it now is just stored in the closet.

Battery life not as advertised; but, recharges fairly quick. More noise than I expected - too much noise for church services. Helps very little with stage 4 COPD. Better than nothing and it should be for the outrageous price !!! This the Enogen 5.

the unit overheats when I am outside which defeats the purpose of owning it in the first place, I have attempted to complain about the overheating but have hit a brick wall with the company.. I love the size and portability if I could only get the over heating fixed.
