I purchased the Inogen portable oxygen 4 for my father so he would have freedom of movement for doctor appointments outside of his home and it has come in very handy for this and has even made him feel comfortable to go out to eat he has not done this in over a year and has even stated he would like to take trips out of town. Again he has not done any of this for a long time it is so rewarding to see him enjoy what time he has left as he in the end stages of his life due to liver and kidney failure. I would recommend this product highly I have seen a new release on life for my Dad even though his time is short.

I don't use the inogen very often as i don't get out as much nowadays due to covid. I have two oxygen machines at home and have used inogen only when i go out. I have found it to be very reliable and easy to use. Would highly recommend getting one if you can afford it. It is a bit pricey if your insurance doesn't cover it. Customer service is great.

I love my new Inogen portable oxygen concentrator. I opted for the G5 series to accommodate for any increase in my oxygen liter needs (up to 5L). The specialist who helped me Rick Boscknak was very thorough in explaining my options based on my condition. He also was very patient as I took a long time to decide which machine to buy. He contacted my physician for the prescription and made purchasing the portable concentrator easier than I ever imagined. He even followed up with me a couple of days after the concentrator arrived to make sure I set it up correctly and that all my questions are answered regarding set up/usage of the machine. Overall, I appreciate this company and their staff - they make purchasing this machine easy and painless. They were not pushy, but patiently followed up every couple of weeks to make sure my questions are answered (prior to purchase). Thank you Rick and Inogen company for making it easy and painless to purchase my portable oxygen concentrator. The machine itself is about 5 pounds, easy to carry with the bag that came with the machine. The machine is easy to operate and I like the fact that it is quiet. So far it has worked well with what I need it for.
