I want to put strap over my head so I don’t have to hold on shoulder but very uncomfortable against my neck

I have the Inogen G5 as well as the home unit. Both of them are amazing. The home unit is extremely quiet, especially compared to the monster I used to rent. The G5 is light-weight enough that it does not cause stress while carrying it. I especially like that I don't have to worry about a tank running out. The sales person I dealt with was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure all questions were answered.

After several unsuccessful attempts with Moms insurance company and Doctors being limited to help to get a portable oxygen machine for her my experience with Inogen was a breeze! My rep, Ish, was extremely knowledgeable, and there was no pressure! After getting information on available options, I researched each of them and made the decision based on Moms needs, info provided by Ish and of course the best value. Our equipment arrived and set up was easy! One of the best moves we’ve made!

I use it when needed and it dose the job.

Yes I do love my Inogen one G5 unit. I am able to go anywhere with my oxygen unit. Although, my unit was not cheap but I have since read that Medicare does pay for some part of the cost. I would really be happy if you could look into that and see if I could receive part of my cost refunded back to me. Thank you. I purchased my unit in August of this year, 2020.

My experience with Inogen was, from the beginning, very smooth and professional. This was probably the largest purchase I have ever made on the internet and consequently I was somewhat on guard for 'the hitch,' There were none, and if there had been, I would not be writing this review. What more can I say?

Sam was awesome to work with, very polite and excellent people skills, we communicated very well, he was very helpful, informative and answered all my questions. My mother loves the Inogen except its heavier than she thought but she goes out and is able to enjoy more life now thanks to Inogen. Great product and service.
