Unit arrived when promised. Easy to operate.

Your system made it easy to travel back home to Montana with no worries. The airline knew the G5 was a good machine and I had plenty of airtime for my flight. Also having the home system has worked great making it easier to do home task without having to carry a machine around. Thanks Inogen!

Inogen gives me freedom to live outside the confines of my house and a bulky oxygen tank. Should have gotten it sooner>

i love my new way to get my oxygen,while travling. The car charges it up so I have a constant supply and it stays fully charged.love love it.

Very difficult to open clasps on the shoulder straps of the portable concentrator. It awkward and there's very little space to get at the clasp.

The size and convenience of the Inogen machine is a big factor from the machine we had before that required a tank that lasted about 2.5 hours. We only need plug in the machine into any outlet or in the car to recharge battery and continue on our way. The other machine we had required the portable tank be attached to a machine about the size of a Star Wars Robot which was not at all portable.

So far so good! All components working as expected. Does give the O2 needed! I looking for long term supportability at this point. Time will tell!

I love mine! I’m not so tied down to the being in the house as much. It’s easy to carry when I need to go out. So glad I made this purchase!
