I love that it goes to six which I need for the treadmill and that the oxygen lasts longer. I don’t like the additional weight, it’s heavy, and that it doesn’t stand on its own. I have to lean it against something.

Unfortunatly the battery in the unit falls well short of the the promised time, I discussed this with a represntative and she said they would send a replacement, they did send one but it was the smaller one, if I pack them both they come close to this but is very heavy to pack around since I am a very small person, so although the unit works fine I am dissapointed in the performance .

The representatives are very professional and nice. But their hands are tied down with way too much repetitive paperwork. Honestly the process can be streamlined better. To have to go through all the loops to get this machine took over a month. Not good for us that really need it to help breathe. This need major improvement.

Portable batteries arrived unwrapped contacts looking used. They discharge fast when unit turned off. Full charge at midnight, 10% in morning. I think I received demo batteries. Otherwise, both units perform as expected. Also, wish there was not an accessory bag for cords etc. like past units from other makers. Makes travel difficult.

I thought it would be quieter than it is. It clicks every 3 seconds or so, but not quietly.
