Covid Survivor! I was released on home oxygen after spending most of the month of November in the hospital due to Covid Pneumonia. I have a prescription for a Home Oxygen machine and several different sizes of Portable Tanks. The portable tanks limited me to either one hour or three hours of use. After research, the company that supplies my Home Oxygen recommended INOGEN, and, I am Thankful they did! One phone call and I was on my way to Independence! I spoke with a very professional gentleman named Mike, He contacted my family doctor and obtained the needed prescription, I paid for the Inogen machine and within one week I received the delivery, (actually arrived on a Sunday). Following Mike's instructions, we waited until calling him and being advised on the complete set up procedure. From start to completion of set up he's very helpful and knowledgeable, Everything went very smoothly and I quickly became a more independent person. I am thankful for my Inogen machine, and the excellent services provided by this company.

I am so glad I was able obtain my unit-it was such a good deal to begin with the day I called and spoke to Peter Albee-he was so helpful-made me feel at ease talking to him right away. I had been using metal tanks to take out of the house-very heavy hard to handle am on oxygen 24/7-have a concentrator in my home which will recharge these tanks-My Inogen G5 is a blessing I just love it.
