The product is excellent and quite useful to say the least. The batteries charge very quickly and stay charged for a long time and the oxygen is always there and always ready no matter where I happen to be - home or away. While it is a very expensive item, it is more than useful and handy for those with COPD. I would certainly spend my funds again if I had to buy this item for a family member who needed it but could not afford the tab.

I love the freedom that it gives to my father in law who was once stuck at home cause he could pick up and carry the big tank in the vehicle, now he can go mobile. Thank innogen for making something like this.

The Inogen G4 is a truly fantastic piece of equipment. This very portable and relatively quiet lifesaver allows me to be mobile for appointments and private family gatherings in a way that preserves my dignity as it is quite discreet. Superior quality. Does the job very well. We have two units one G5 and one larger bedside unit for night time. Both serve different purposes. Backpack for G5 works great for walking and working outside. Would be nice if the iPhone app could turn the unit on and off and adjust the levels. Maybe in the future releases?? We had to replace the large bedside unit (shipping damage) and the process was seamless and easy. Replacement solved the issue.
