My Rove 6 works beautifully as my portable oxygen source. Easy to use. Both standard and extended batteries have long use times. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the Inogen equipment. And I highly recommend its purchase by anyone in need of this product. My only complaint is that we paid $108 for overnight delivery of the unit. Our sales representative properly processed the final order with that delivery instruction. Someone goofed and it was sent UPS Ground. We notified Inogen of the error and instead of crediting us the $108, they sent our accessory order overnight! These were items needed for future use! They wasted our $ in a way that they would never do with their own personal funds. Other than that problem we would have given a 5 star rating.
