Wes has always been willing to answer all my concerns and questions. That contact has made the transition to be on oxygen easy for me. The product itself, when set at 2 liters, has a bit less time of use than I expected. I need to get my car fixed so it can be plugged in there. I thank you for having this product available.

It's not that I use this condenser 24/7 but we do like to travel and it sure is easier than hauling (or renting) a bigger tank!! More room for other things in the car for packing!! And we can fly and/or cruise with this as well - including out of the country! When I talked with the sales person at Inogen, there was NO pressure whatsoever. He was more concerned about exactly what I needed - which was very nice. AND he called me after my new condenser was delivered to make sure that I received everything that I ordered and helped me set it all up. From the point of ordering to delivery took about a week. I couldn't be more satisfied!!

Thanks to Shawanna Hodge, our Inogen representative, everything we needed was available to us. So courteous and quick in getting the excellent G5 portable oxygen concentrator to us and products we needed straight to our doorstep. Best device ever. Allows me to travel, and just get out of the house. After surviving COVID-19 and 6 weeks in the hospital this device has help or assisted in my recovery. I’m still on oxygen but the device helps me live a more normal life

It was my mom who used the inogen machine. She loved the ease of the entire system. Unfortunately, my mom has since passed, on March 23, 2021. She wasn't able to use it for a long period of time.
