The first Inogen-5 you sent was full of flaws so I returned it with no problem. The new one came and has worked flawlessly since day one. I had great repore with the sales lady that serviced my initial contact with Inogen and carried right on through the final transaction. My only complaint with the whole project was/is the lack of response to my emails and texts to Lynne Rush, the sales person I worked with. Over the past two weeks I have had several questions about the machine along with a few praises as to how well the machine works. So far I have received NO replies from Lynne. Maybe she is just busy or maybe she is lost somewhere deep in the bowels of your company, which is probably way bigger that what I had imagined. I'm just a lonely recluse living in a nowhere town in a nowhere state out here in the middle of, well, nowhere.

It gave me the independence I needed to start being able to get up and perform activities in the kitchen and drive and not rely on anyone for assistance. I am so very grateful for the small compressor. I do not have the latest model but the only recommendation I have is to make the tubing extend from the side perhaps to keep it from kinking at the base when it is level with the person using the oxygen or to have tubing with stronger composition so as not to kink. So grateful for oxygen post covid. Do want to not have to use the product forever though. Thank you.

John was excellent!!! He helped us through the process of ordering the Inogen machine. When the machine got here, he called us and provided any help that we needed to get my husband using the oxgyen correctly. KEEP John, he is a good one.

I am so glad to my machine its here when I need it. We are going on vacation in June so glad I have my Inogen to take with me
