I love the portability of my INOGEN. It makes life so much easier. I do not like its weight. It gets extremely heavier the longer one carries it; either by hand or on a shoulder. The weight is exhausting. The lighter ones are too expensive for those of us who are disabled with an extremely limited budget. Also, the batteries are insanely expensive. Then add the cost of having to replace the columns periodically as well. I’m at the point where I use it on a limited basis so I do not have to replace the columns as frequently.

They worked with us until we were able to get it - through doctors and insurance problems. Our rep was wonderfully persistent.

For some miraculous reason my normal oxygen has been up at 96 to 97. After walking indoors 92 to 94 and it goes back up in two minutes without the Rav 6. But I have only used it twice. In like four minutes bask up to 98. At least it is mine for future emergencies. We’ll see when I get out golfing. It is heavier than I anticipated but it’s ok. Works fine

The batteries don't last long enough and the oxygen setting only goes to three.

Not quite as user friendly as expected; had an issue with the columns so had to send it back within 3 weeks. Maintenance of the machine was more than expected and better mention of the cannulas filter would have been helpful including knowing a special tool to change the filter was available for purchase. The charger did not work and we were counting on it for a trip so they sent a second one and it too is dead. There needs to be a little larger area around the unit charging port with the carrying case. We do like the loudness of the alerts and overall the unit.

Device is very heavy. Much heavier than what is portrayed in TV commercials.

Home unit working well portable had a problem but Inogen replaced it promptly

Inogen carrying case is well designed. Inogen oxygen supply is adjustable for individual use. The only thing that could be improved upon is lighter weight would be great.
