you really need more than a 5 air supply for the portable . The home big convertor is constant air not just when you take a breathe.

I liked the lesser weight of the Imogen compared to other machines I've used. However, the loudness and the popping sounds are distracting to others especially during church services, movie theaters, etc. I expected it to be quieter.

Why is there not an outlet/store where you can “try” it for 30 days, as their advertisement says? You have to order it, and fill out all those forms that says you know insurance doesn’t cover it - then wait for it to be delivered.

I thought that the travel unit would be constant flow...Not that impressed with the on demand....Fast forward to 3/15/24. Multiple calls to customer service. 3/18, got a call saying constant flow was not available. Problem solved but kinda not.

The portable unit is heavier than I thought. It does not ride on my shoulder and I do not have the back-pack. So far, I tend to use it while sitting down watching tv.It does quickly raise my O2 levels from mid 80's to mid 90's. I wish the O2 could be humidified. It dries out my nose and back of throat.

I love the ability to be mobile and resume a lot of activities. I do not like the 75 lb weight on my shoulder. Is there a carrying belt for the waist instead of shoulder or cross-body> Do not feel qualified to recommend improvements, site difficulties or provide praise as I’m a new customer. Ask me at a later time.
