We were in need of a lightweight portable oxygen. The one we had had quit working while we were away from home. I got my husband home but he was really short of breath. We had seen your advertisement on TV and we called to check it out. Michelle was very helpful and worked with us during the purchase and got us set up once it arrived. We received it on a Thursday and we had a power outage lasting 3 hours on Saturday. If we didn't have the inogen my husband would have probably ended up in the ER. We are very pleased with our inogen.

Appreciate having it to use away from house. Lately using cross body strap easier usage. Still heavier than expected. Use larger battery as tried the smaller, but ran out before getting home ( forgotten the car charger, now keep in glove box). Live and learn. Thanks

Have used for a month or so and it definitely does what I need with AFIB and congestive heart failure. Needed for trip to see son in Pecos New Mexico and 7,400 feet up on the side of mountain. Had trouble catching my breath and the oxygen delivered by the Inogen 4 was exactly what I needed. Would recommend to anyone who has breathing problems.

I have been very satisfied with both the product and the service. The G5 gives me the independence to garden, walk the dog, even vacuum without dragging a 50’ cord or tank around. There was a problem with my first concentrator and it was immediately replaced. My only complaint is that the batteries do not last as long as the chart indicates.

The new unit is perfect

I have tried another portable oxygen concentrator and Inogen is a far better product. I particularly like the option of turning the beeper off if I am breathing slowly, as when I'm at rest. It is also a more convenient size and lighter weight.

easy to use batteries long lasting only negative comment is where the air tubing comes from the machine it has a tendency to bend . is there anything we can do to prevent this from happening
