My father was recently put on oxygen for the rest of his life. The "portable" tanks were very archaic and not at all "portable." I was shocked by this! Smaller tanks that you could rent were still quite heavy and hard to come by. My dad's Pulmonologist recommended we look into the Inogen One G4. We called and spoke with David at Inogen. He was GREAT! Explained everything. We ordered the machine and it arrived at our door a few days later. This portable oxygen unit - which is truly portable - has given life back to my dad! It's light-weight, easy to use and fits in the storage seat area of his walker. We love this and have recommended the product to others! Thank you Inogen and David!!!

Absolutely love my Inogen G5 portable oxygen unit. Has opened up an entire new levels of independence for me. From the multiple batteries for extended use to the light that indicates that I am breathing and receiving oxygen, i am thrilled to have this unit!

My newly-acquired Inogen One Device is an absolute lifesaver! I firmly believe without it's use, I would virtually not be able to leave the house without suffering extreme consequences; therefore, I never leave without it...even just to walk to the mailbox and back. I have always used rented machines, but due to terrible service ( taking more than seven mos to return a portable machine ). I have now bought a portable like the one shown in the TV ads. Also Mike Curry was my sales guy who took his time with me and explained everything I asked. I'm 70yrs old and sometimes more than once.

Love it I can get out of house now & go see my kids & not have to have my wife Cary extra tanks to get thru a visit & meal. And it’s light I’m not having trouble carrying it

Machine has delivered as promised. Very quiet. Compact size makes it easy to use and leave the house. Has allowed freedom to do things again.

I am very pleased with the unit. There was a slight problem with the unit after I received it , it would work and if the cord was touched it would stop.Called Jill and she had another unit her the next day .
